Kanpur Train Accident- 143+ dead till now ....

As Indore -Patna Express went off the tracks on Sunday near Kanpur killing 143 passengers till now  

The incident took place at around 3 am near Pukhrayan, about 100 km from Kanpur, at a time when most of the passengers were asleep. Television images showed several severely mangled coaches piled up against each other and rescue workers trying to cut through the crumpled metal.
Indore-Patna Express- damaged
Fourteen coaches were thrown off track at Pukhrayan, a town around 60 km from Kanpur, when the train was midway in its 27-hour journey between Indore and Patna.

Passenger Ruby Gupta, 20, was travelling to Azamagarh to be married on 1 December.
She told the Times of India that most of the people travelling with her had been found but that her father was still missing.
She said: "I cannot find my father and I have been looking everywhere for him. I have a fractured arm and my sisters have also sustained injuries."
Many anxious relatives gathered at the station in Indore, where the train began its journey, holding pictures of loved ones, the Times said.
Rescuers Taking hospital 

Rescuers and medical staff from the Indian Army were helping in the relief operations. 
Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh said that the National Disaster Response Force has been also been sent in.

But the question arises at last who is responsible for this, crack of tracks or any other reason who should care of those mistakes ?.. Did compensation relive dead ?
